Early indications are promising. Members seem to have responded well to the decision to cease our internal Jack High scheme and instead participate in the new Basingstoke and District Community Lottery where 50% of the money raised from ticket sales goes back to the Club. Within 24 hours of the Lottery's Launch we were 60% of the way towards our initial target of selling 50 tickets per week. That is good news but we are keen to build on the progress made so if you have not yet registered for the Lottery why not give it a thought and if you have registered why not see if you can persuade friends and family to participate by visiting our "Cause Page" on the Community Lottery website.
