After a disappointing week in which no Hampshire Lady had won a match at the National Championships at Leamington, it fell this afternoon to Alice Lovett to try and stem the poor run. She did so but only just. In her Junior Singles against Shannon Swift of Northamptonshire she held her nerve to triump 21-20. Everyone at Oakley wishes Alice good luck in the next round.
